Shree Radhe Partner Program — Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview & 10% Commission Structure

Upon registering through the "Become a Partner" portal (`/partner`), you receive an instant Partner Panel and a unique referral link (`/register?ref=YOUR_CODE`). Whenever a new customer clicks your referral link, registers on the platform, and purchases any eligible Bulk WhatsApp Broadcasting Plan or Official WhatsApp Cloud API Plan, your Partner Wallet is automatically credited with a 10% commission on the net plan subscription amount.

2. Eligible Plans Covered Under 10% Commission

• Bulk WhatsApp Broadcasting Plans: Broadcast Lite (₹999), Broadcast Pro (₹2,499), Broadcast Blaster (₹4,999), and Agency Broadcast Unlimited (₹7,999).
• Official WhatsApp Cloud API Plans: Starter API Plan (₹2,199), Growth Business API Plan (₹4,999), and Enterprise AI Cloud Plan (₹9,999).
• Per-message broadcasting or Meta conversation top-up recharges are usage pass-through charges and are excluded from plan referral commissions unless explicitly specified in writing.

3. Summary of Payout Dates & Eligibility

• Automatic Monthly Payout Date: 1st of Every Month.
• 1st – 20th Month Sales: Settled on the 1st of the immediate next month.
• 21st – End of Month Sales: Settled on the 1st of the following month.
• Minimum Requirement: At least 2 active paid referrals, minimum ₹500 wallet balance, and Admin-verified UPI/Bank KYC details.

4. Administrative Oversight

Shree Radhe Super Administration reserves the right to audit referral traffic, verify customer authenticity, adjust custom commission tiers for high-performing agencies, and approve or reject withdrawal requests based on compliance with these Partner Terms.
