Partner Agreement, Anti-Self-Referral & KYC Verification Policy

1. Strict Prohibition on Self-Referrals & Single-Referral Gaming

The Shree Radhe Partner Program is designed for agencies, consultants, marketers, and resellers who refer genuine business clients to our Bulk WhatsApp Broadcasting and Official Cloud API platform.

• No Self-Referral Discount Abuse: Creating a Partner account solely to use your own referral link to buy a plan for your own business (or using the same phone number, email, UPI ID, IP address, or GST/company entity) is strictly prohibited.
• Why Minimum 2 Active Paid Referrals Are Mandatory: To prevent single-account discount churn and loop exploitation, payouts are strictly locked until a Partner brings a minimum of 2 independent, verified paying customers.

2. Bank & UPI KYC Verification Process

When you submit your UPI ID and Bank Account details inside the Partner Panel, our Super Admin team verifies that:

• The beneficiary name matches your registered Partner identity.
• The UPI ID / Bank Account does not belong to any of the referred customer accounts.
• Once marked KYC Verified by Admin, your payouts are processed seamlessly on the 1st of every month.

3. Ethical Marketing Guidelines

Partners must accurately represent Shree Radhe's Official Bulk Broadcasting Plans and Official Cloud API Plans. Misleading claims, spam links, or impersonating official Meta employees will result in immediate Partner account suspension and forfeiture of pending wallet commissions.
